Shipping and return policies for Hellripper

Shipping Info

Thank you for the support by purchasing Hellripper music and merchandise. It is very much appreciated and allows me to keep doing this.

All items ordered via the Bandcamp page are sent from the UK (usually within 3-7 days) and are usually sent by Royal Mail (1st class for UK and International Standard elsewhere) and are therefore not insured or tracked unless otherwise stated. I offer worldwide shipping.

For some orders, it may be similar in price to send it tracked via courier as it is to send via standard post so I will opt for the tracked version in most cases and provide you with a tracking number alongside the shipping confirmation. I may need to pass your shipping details, e-mail address and contact telephone number onto these couriers in order to ship your order, so please make sure your e-mail address and/or contact phone number are correct and check your spam in case an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number is sent there.

If, for whatever reason you would not like me to send your order via a certain courier or method, then please let me know ASAP before I send the parcel.

If you are placing an order of 2 or more items or the postage cost seems very high, please get in contact with me directly via e-mail as I may be able to offer a more accurate and cheaper shipping cost than the one calculated on Bandcamp.

The EU store also ships worldwide and offers some different products that are not available via Bandcamp and offers better shipping options for people based in Europe especially and will help people based in the EU avoid some of the VAT charges and Customs fees that you may receive when ordering from the UK.

Bandcamp now has an IOSS number, so there should not be additional customs fees or VAT due upon delivery for European customers once a purchase is made on Bandcamp. If the customs require proof of purchase and the IOSS number for any reason, please get in contact with me and I will help out.

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES in the rare case that your package goes missing, and cannot do anything about it unless you have opted for tracked/registered shipping.

PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS REGISTERED/TRACKED SHIPPING OPTIONS*. Registered/tracked mail is slightly more expensive than the shipping rates posted here on Bandcamp so please let me know BEFORE you place your order.

TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES
UK: 2-3 working days after the package is sent
Europe: 7+ working days after the package is sent
Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks after the package is sent

These times are based on Royal Mail's estimates. Experience tells me that deliveries to the rest of the world can sometimes take up to 6 weeks or more. It all depends on the local postal service in your area and any delays at customs. Larger parcels or odd shapes like poster tubes may take longer.

Non-UK Customers: If you haven’t received your order after 14 working days and you paid for insurance, please contact me and I will check the tracking details. Even if you didn’t pay for insurance, please contact your local post office to see if they are holding the parcel for you - sometimes the postmen forget to leave cards.

Please double check your billing and delivery addresses are correct. The main reason for non-delivery or slow delivery is an error in the address details.

If your item is returned to me by the post office due to an incorrect address entry or because the delivery was not-claimed for example, then I will e-mail you to let you know, and in most cases I can either re-send the parcel (you may need to pay for shipping) or I can refund you for the item (minus the shipping cost and any additional taxes paid).

If you wish to cancel or change an order before it is sent, please email me ASAP. If you wish to cancel an order, I can issue a refund (minus any VAT/Taxes that have been paid as this is collected by Bandcamp.).

*I cannot refund any lost packages that are not insured so if you want to guarantee that your package will arrive with you then please consider getting registered shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UK (Leggings are shipped from the EU or US depending on where you are based so this section will apply to UK customers for them) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond my original delivery estimates.

Bandcamp itself sometimes collects sales tax and VAT for purchases, depending on the country. So if there is a demand for additional fees to be paid before delivery, it would worth checking your Bandcamp purchase confirmation to see if you have already paid them and you should not be charged twice. If there are problems, let me know and I may be able to help depending on the situation.
